The Inspectivity Platform provides true flexibility for managing inspection activities across a wide variety of applications. Clients can, however, have unique requirements that entail customisation of the core product. The Inspectivity Platform is designed with ease of use in mind and minimal requirements for formal training. Typical inspection workflows can be learnt very quickly. Super user functions such as inspection template creation require more time, but all users have access to online training documentation and our service desk can always answer your “how to” queries. Inspectivity can also run classroom-based training at your offices.
Our mobile app is purpose-built for intrinsically safe devices using Android. Inspectivity is not a hardware provider but we can advise on tablet selection or mobile device management solutions.
Each client implementation of the Inspectivity Platform includes access to Inspectivity’s REST API to support system integration and data exports. Inspectivity consultancy services can work with your focal points to deliver seamless integration with your existing IT landscape.
Inspectivity users can access our online service desk 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Inspectivity Support personnel are also available from 6am to 6pm (Australian Western Standard Time) Monday to Saturday.

Inspectivity servers are located within enterprise-grade hosting facilities that employ robust security controls to prevent physical access to the servers they house. These controls include 24/7 monitoring and surveillance, on-site security staff and regular ongoing security audits.
All systems and software components are monitored by Inspectivity staff 24/7 to identify and manage threats.
First things first: The ownership of your data remains with you.
Each of our clients has their own dedicated Inspectivity server and database. Your data is separated from other clients at a physical (storage) level and protected by firewall rules so that no unauthorized access can expose your data.
Our systems perform real-time data replication between our geographically diverse, protected facilities, to ensure your data is available and safely stored. This means that should even an unlikely event occur, such as an entire hosting facility failure, we can switch over quickly to a backup site to keep your business running. Recovery from these backups is tested frequently to ensure data is consistent and complete.
All communications between your computer and the Inspectivity server are protected via TLS (SSL) encryption. This ensures the safety of your data while in transit.
